What is anger?

Anger is a very strong emotion that stimulates an aggressive action. It is a physiological and psychological reaction to pain, suffering, threat or danger. The threat may be real or imaginary.

People have sensitivities, desires and needs. When they are not satisfied or are affected, we feel frustrated. And the frustration is the "mother" of anger and aggression. We can see many examples of anger when people do not accept our view, if the baby cries constantly haunts us or fatigue, if someone hurts or insults, and so on. etc.

The feeling of anger and emotions are not a problem nor a negative factor. What matters is how we face and we express our anger.

In many cases the anger strengthens us and motivates us to solve problems. On the other hand, we can return irrational anger and say things that never were intended to express.

Several ways of expressing anger.
Each person has a different style and therefore respond differently to anger.
Some anger is not a problem, we get angry, resolve the problem relatively quickly, and go to something else. There are those who speak of anger or facing the facts. And there are those who express their anger through activities that calm, like physical exercise, sports and similar activities.

By contrast, for other people's anger is a problem that can not cope. Anger can lead to frustration, depression, fits of anger or stressful situations.

As we can see, the anger is not a problem in itself and, importantly, how you face.

What situations cause a feeling of anger?
There are many situations that cause a feeling of anger. For example, adolescents are more susceptible to expressing feelings of anger and outbursts of anger. Hormonal changes and high pressure have a significant effect. Other situations leading to anger:

• Fatigue
• Hunger
• Hormonal changes
• Illness
• Physical pain and chronic
• Insults and injuries

Anger and its effect on body.
Repressed anger can affect us physically and mentally. When we upset the body prepares for a change: Increases blood pressure, heartbeat accelerating, there is a lot of adrenaline, the pupils dilate and mobilizing other physical functions, as required.

If not repress our anger and express it, we can affect our body.

Besides physical harm, including mental and psychological damage suffered, in the case of mental illness, fits of anger, frustration, anxiety, etc..

Children and anger.
Children are emotional beings and therefore it is important to express their anger openly. We should not suppress their anger, because otherwise we are removing your imagination and creativity, though, of course, must put some limits.

What should we do? How can we face the anger?
We try to restrict our outbursts of anger all possible, although sometimes there is no problem if you shout, but then we have to explain why we are angry and start again. The important thing is not to suppress anger or allow a ball to become a huge ball. Because when it bursts, anger turns into hatred.
And if the anger was not justified and we made a mistake, we must ask forgiveness.
sometimes when people are angry begins to solve their problems or situations of violence or shouting. This is not good because they affect other people or themselves.
I think there are better ways to react to difficult situations…

The persons may have thought things before of being aggressive with the other

the vampires

Vampire legends originated from east to west, along with the caravans along the silk route through the Mediterranean. Thence spread to Asia and then to the Slavic lands and the Carpathians. The myths were originally more closely associated with Iran, after all the eighth century, where they are now. Almost as soon as they arrived, the process of Christianization and the legends of vampires survive as myths. Later, the Roma migrated from the north west of India (where there are several myths about vampires), and mixed with the myths of the Slavs. Gypsies arrived in Transylvania shortly before the Dracula Vlad Tepes was born in 1431. The vampire was here the ghost of a dead person, in most cases is a witch, wizard etc. They were afraid of vampires, who kill people.
There are some things that differentiate them from a living being, are not reflected in the mirrors. Besides vampires can change shape, like a bat and that makes it very difficult to detect. The vampires have to sleep in their coffins because the sun can kill, but wakes up at night bloodthirsty. The most common way to eat is to go through a window in the form of a bat and then bite the victim in the neck and suck all the blood. Vampires can not enter a house without being invited, but if they have a permit, may enter as many times as you wish. The vampire is dangerous not only because it kills people, but because their victims are transformed into vampires after being bitten. Most vampires are nearly immortal, only some very special rituals can kill, such as nailing a stake in his heart, his head cut or burn their bodies.

FALLEN ANGELS

A fallen angel is an angel who has been expelled from heaven for disobeying or rebelling against God's mandates. According to the most famous legends, after the First War in Heaven, many angels were expelled, and thus became fallen angels. The most recognized by fallen angel is Lucifer history. There are several assumptions and myths regarding the fall of the angels, most with the theme of free will - lust or vanity, or lack of understanding of acts of God. There is a hypothesis which states that God has two opposite sides to himself, partly because of his omnipotence. Being the first one side and full of divine clarity, and the second one, full of dark shadows. If any mortal could see the clear hand of God would die because of the power that radiates. Under this scenario, God used his dark side in order to communicate with mortals. It is said that developed the two sides of God and the Shadow became the Word of God, and then in the Voice, and eventually became a being completely alone, with its own free will. Now that the dark side of God had been removed altogether, began to receive some family destruction, betrayal, temptation, and so on. This was the reason for the dark side of God to become what many know as Satan. The word "Satan" is a version of the Hebrew word Ha-Satan, which means "adversary." Demons are represented by the seven deadly sins bible marked by:

• Lust,

• Gula,

• Greed,

• Laziness,

• Ira,

• Envy,

• Pride.

THE DEMON

The demon are the supernatural has been described generally as malevolent spirit. It represents an evil force that often can be controlled or concocted.

Some people blame for the bad things that make love to justify not feel guilty.

The devil is often portrayed as being defeated and expelled from heaven by God and his loyal retinue of angels. It shows his failed attempt to usurp the authority of God. The Devil, according to the Bible, was an angel of light. Therefore, it could not be identified using a nasty dragon, as portrayed by the Church during the Middle Ages. It is often called the "deceiver." Due to "fool" would mean to betray someone, a dragon or a monster would not be able to deceive (or "try") to a person about what is good and what is wrong. "

The demons live in Hell and do not enjoy the benefits of Christ's redemption. The demons, however, did not lose their ability wise, but use it for evil. God allows them to exercise limited impact on the creatures and things. The devil is not some fairy tale, unfortunately for her, I think. Their existence has always been taught by the Church in their regular teaching. Disprove the existence of the demon is to deny the divine revelation that warns us about our enemy and his tactics.

Only thing I can say is that it depends on each person to believe or not the demon.

Swimming is a sport for all

in swimming, there are four styles:

Swimming is a skill that enables people to move in the water. Thanks to these movements rhythmic, repetitive and coordinated upper and lower limbs of the body can move to overcome the resistance of water. Swimming has to do with special needs. For example it's good for the health of asthmatics, pregnant women, people with epilépcia and people with physical or mental disability.
The practice of swimming is largely based on the technique, speed and endurance. Swimming is considered one of the most comprehensive sports is not by chance. Which mobilized most of the muscles of the body requires a good cardiovascular work and this brings many benefits, among which are:

solve problems

I believe that the skills to solve problems depends on the abilities of each person and how they react to a situation or conflict to resolve. But many people prefer not to face the problems and never solved, maybe for fear of error or uncertainty in their decisions. Therefore it is important to understand and apply the methods for developing thinking skills in solving problems
