Swimming is a skill that enables people to move in the water. Thanks to these movements rhythmic, repetitive and coordinated upper and lower limbs of the body can move to overcome the resistance of water. Swimming has to do with special needs. For example it's good for the health of asthmatics, pregnant women, people with epilépcia and people with physical or mental disability.
The practice of swimming is largely based on the technique, speed and endurance. Swimming is considered one of the most comprehensive sports is not by chance. Which mobilized most of the muscles of the body requires a good cardiovascular work and this brings many benefits, among which are:


*Improvement in cardiopulmonary endurance.
*Muscle strengthening.
*Facilitates the removal of secretions from the respiratory system.
*It is a low-impact activity for your bones and joints, this will prevent this type of injury.

  1. I agree that swimming is a sport that very thorough work out most if not all your body, but some people have fear of water which is why they prefer land sports such as myself, but if I overcome gustria this fear reason why this summer into a cross by swimming.

  2. I think is good to practice this sport because is healt for people who practice it but for some people including me, is complicated.
